So that we can continue to provide the service our customers expect, we have moved to a Delivered Duty Paid service for US customers. This means tariffs will be calculated and charged at checkout, so your order should clear customs without delay and delivery times should be unchanged.
US customers can get back the full value of any tariffs paid as a gift voucher. You can claim your voucher here 12 days after your order. Claims must be made within 6 months of purchase. If you have more than one order, you can combine them into a single voucher. T&C apply.
For example: if your order comes to $120, at checkout the tariff will be calculated and added on just like a delivery fee — and the total to pay will be $132. After 12 days you can claim a tariff rebate of $12 against your next order.
We think this is the fairest and most transparent way to deal with the current rules, and if they change we’ll react quickly. Inevitably with any new systems there will be issues, please don’t hesitate to contact Customer Services if you need help or have any questions.
Many of our US customers have already placed pre-orders for products that are due for release after August 29th. For any outstanding orders containing such products, we’ll dispatch these Delivered Duty Paid at no additional cost upon their release. Such customers do not need to take any action.

FedEx Priority Shipping under $125 USD
A charge of $35 USD for FedEx Priority Shipping (USA and Canada) will be added to your order.
FedEx Priority Shipping $125-$165 USD
A charge of $22.50 USD for FedEx Priority Shipping (USA and Canada) will be added to your order.
FedEx Priority Shipping over $165 USD
A charge of $10 USD for FedEx Priority Shipping (USA and Canada) will be added to your order.
Delivery to Rest of World (Excluding USA & Canada)
Orders over $300 USD
Free FedEx or UPS International Shipping.
Orders $100 to $165 USD
A charge of $12.50 USD for International Standard Shipping will be added to your order.
A charge of $22.50 USD for FedEx or UPS International Shipping will be added to your order ($22.50 USD up to $300 order value).
Orders under $100 USD
A charge of $25 USD for International Standard Shipping will be added to your order.
A charge of $35 USD for FedEX or UPS International Shipping will be added to your order.
