LAST RECOMMENDED ORDER DATES FOR CHRISTMAS

We recommend that you order before 14th December to get your goodies before Christmas. Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times once a parcel leaves our warehouse, ordering by this date will give you the best possible chance of receiving it before Christmas. Some products, as indicated on the webstore, are Made to Order, meaning they will be freshly cast by our expert team. We have already factored this into the recommended order date.

Delivery to the USA & Canada (Excluding Rest of World)

Orders over $80 USD

Free Standard North America Shipping. 

Orders under $80 USD

A charge of $20 USD for Standard North America Shipping will be added to your order. 

FedEx Priority Shipping under $100 USD

A charge of $35 USD for FedEx Priority Shipping (USA and Canada) will be added to your order. 

FedEx Priority Shipping $100-$165 USD

A charge of $22.50 USD for FedEx Priority Shipping (USA and Canada) will be added to your order. 

FedEx Priority Shipping over $165 USD

A charge of $10 USD for FedEx Priority Shipping (USA and Canada) will be added to your order. 


Delivery to Rest of World (Excluding USA & Canada)

Orders over $300 USD

Free FedEx or UPS International Shipping.

Orders over $165 USD

Free International Standard Shipping.

Orders $100 to $165 USD

A charge of $12.50 USD for International Standard Shipping will be added to your order.

A charge of $22.50 USD for FedEx or UPS International Shipping will be added to your order ($22.50 USD up to $300 order value).

Orders under $100 USD

A charge of $25 USD for International Standard Shipping will be added to your order. 

A charge of $35 USD for FedEX or UPS International Shipping will be added to your order. 

 


Shipping

We are shipping all our parcels with Courier and tracked or signed methods (please see "Standard North America Shipping and FedEx Priority Shipping (USA and Canada)", "Standard International Shipping" and "FedEx or UPS International Shipping" options below). All our parcels are shipped from our headquarters in Nottingham, UK

Order Preparation

Once you have placed your order, our remarkably swift despatch team usually can prepare and ship it the next working day. 
This said, please be aware that it may take longer for orders including items made by third parties or in during period of high number of orders received.

'Made to Order' items are not always kept in stock; they tend to take a little longer as they need to be cast by our expert team.

Standard North America Shipping and FedEx Priority Shipping (USA and Canada)

We use UPS, FedEx or Royal Mail ISF as our shipping methods to ship everywhere outside of the UK. For the USA & Canada we usually use FedEx. However, we may use another method such as UPS or Royal Mail (for PO Boxes). If you have a preference on the type of method to use for your order, please place your order directly with our Customer Service team and let them know what method you wish to apply.

This method takes 2-7 working days for destinations outside of the UK; parcels sent with this method are trackable.

FedEx Priority tracked service - available as an optional shipping method only for USA and Canada - takes 2-3 working days to deliver, on average.

By providing a mobile number during the checkout process, UPS and FedEx will send an automatic message with the tracking number for the parcel.

Please be aware that unfortunately we are unable to offer this service for deliveries to PO Boxes and, regardless of the value of the order or the shipping method originally selected, we will have to use Royal Airmail Standard in these cases, possibly splitting the order in multiple parcels. We will not be able to provide refunds on shipping charges applied on orders in these cases.

Standard International Shipping

We use Royal Mail ISF, Fedex or UPS as our shipping methods to ship everywhere outside of the UK.

We will use Royal Mail International Signed For or Tracked depending on what it’s available in the destination country as a default shipping option. We may choose to ship via FedEx or UPS due to weight restrictions.

By providing a mobile number during the checkout process, UPS and FedEx will send an automatic message with the tracking number for the parcel.

Please be aware that unfortunately we are unable to offer this service for deliveries to PO Boxes and, regardless of the value of the order or the shipping method originally selected, we will have to use Royal Airmail Standard in these cases, possibly splitting the order in multiple parcels. We will not be able to provide refunds on shipping charges applied on orders in these cases.

FedEx or UPS International Shipping

If you select the FedEx/UPS shipping option, we will send you order via either FedEx or UPS. Usually this will be FedEx, however some locations we may choose UPS instead.

By providing a mobile number during the checkout process, UPS and FedEx will send an automatic message with the tracking number for the parcel. 

Please be aware that unfortunately we are unable to offer this service for deliveries to PO Boxes and, regardless of the value of the order or the shipping method originally selected, we will have to use Royal Airmail Standard in these cases, possibly splitting the order in multiple parcels. We will not be able to provide refunds on shipping charges applied on orders in these cases.

Shipping delays with Royal Mail method outside of the UK

If you have specifically requested Royal Mail Shipping or if you have set a PO box delivery address, we would send your parcel via either Royal Mail ISF or Royal Mail Standard shipping.

Parcels sent with Royal Mail Standard method are not trackable.

Customers outside of the UK and Europe on average receive their parcels within 15 working days. Royal Mail states that in case of local delays or longer Custom processes parcels are delivered within 35 working days; after such a deadline the parcel should be considered lost.

Please be aware that this shipping method would still be charged as the Courier method, if the order value would be lower than the threshold for free Courier Shipping (when applied).

Pre-Orders

Orders placed with pre-order items included will be held until the scheduled shipping date of the pre-order item. If you want your other products earlier please place a separate order so we can ensure you get your goodies as early as possible!

PO, APO, DPO and FPO Boxes

Couriers won’t deliver to these addresses. If you don’t have an alternative address you can have your order delivered to, let our customer services team know on info@warlordgames.com  and we’ll try and work out a solution.

Hazardous and Restricted Materials

Some products are restricted by carriers, where this is the case the products won’t appear on the USA & ROW, or there may be restrictions noted on the product pages. The key products affected are:

* Spray cans - we are currently unable to ship outside the UK and Europe.

* MDF and paint products - you may be asked to fill out a Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) form. The form is straightforward and requires you to :

1) Include the date and consignment/tracking number.
2) Declare a positive certifications of the goods.
3) List any MDF or Paint items within your order, bear in mind some sets may have MDF parts.
4) Include product code, product name and a description of the goods ie, MDF or Acrylic paints non-toxic.
5) Include your personal details and sign the form.

Customs Charges

Depending on where you are and the value of your order, you may be liable for customs, import or brokerage charges. You can usually find out about them from your own government websites.

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries:

Russia, Ukraine, Belarus & Iran.
