Beginning to like working with this

I'm beginning to get used to using this. It does make my paints last longer and go on smoother than straight out of the bottle. Only negative is shipping the Hydro foam pads folded causes a few problems setting it up for the first time. Perhaps the Hydro sheets could be a bit longer so they could be folded under the foam which would keep them laid flat, I keep getting paint all over the back of the brush tray because the sheets don't lay flat. Is there a guide with suggestions on how to overcome these issues?
